I love a good "scarf accessoration" ......
almost as much as a good "handbag accessoration"!!!

And my favorite scarves in Beruit .....
are at Vie Privée on Sassine Square in Ashrafieh!!!! 

A divine collection of yarn, color, and pattern ....
very hard to select just one .....
or two .....
or even three!!!!!

I brought a dozen home!!!!

this delightful Middle Eastern bazaar is a must see!!!

I adored all of the mother-of-pearl furniture,
as well as the multi-color patch vintage rugs ......
but, the Lebanese "Gingerbread Men" 
were my Christmas gift de jour!!!!

A real hit!!!!!!

Inspired designer "accessorations" take a variety of forms!!!!!
 
The Christmas window "accessorations" at Beirut's
were extravagant, entertaining, & brilliant!!!!
 
Imagine every classic Bottega handbag shape ......
as a white candle!!!!

And, if that's not enough "fabulocity" ........ 
the candle wax was pressed 
into the classic woven leather texture
of these fabulous Bottega bags!!!!!

I tried to beg, borrow, or steal them ........ 
they were the perfect gift for my chic Lebanese hostess!!!!
But, I was told "absolutely not"!!!!!

Oh well, I guess it's the thought that counts!!!

While I was spending endless amounts of time in Miami ....

Marni opened it's first Edition store in NYC
at the crossroads of Gansevoort & West 13th Street
in my 'hood .....
 the Meatpacking District!!!

The store is stunning ...... minimalist & modern,
with moveable steel & iron fixturing,
natural concrete floors,
brilliant daylight coming through giant windows
& a highly visible stock room.

There are no window displays, 
instead product is housed in large steel boxes, 
with fuschia interiors, that can bee seen from the street!!!

Orange chairs are a delightful accent, 
but my favorite Marni "accessorations" are the 
plastic "torso's" hanging from the ceiling,
printed with wonderful Marni-inspired mixed patterns!!!!
DIVINE!!!!!!

And I had to share the charming holiday shopping bags ..... 
each illustrated with a different child's drawing!!!
I don't know which is my favorite .... 
so I grabbed one of each!!!

Boston art collector Barbara Lee 
was carrying the most chicest "accessoration" at 

What could be more DIVINE than this seriously supreme 
canvas shopping bag ...... 
with the you-know-what "B" bag print .....
that screams the "H" word!!!

Barbara told me should found it in Palm Beach at
& that it comes in a zillion colors!!!!

I must admit, I've already called .......
& ordered it for everyone on my Christmas list!!!

My biggest problem is ...... 
who gets which color!!! 
And what colors "must" I have???

My fabulous fashion friends Whitney & Marc 
managed to snare me this divine birthday present!!!!!

The first Gaga snow globe sold at Barneys NYC 
& the first Gaga's Workshop Christmas shopping bag ...... 
allowed to leave the store!!!!

It's good to have friends in high places!!!!!

Tonight at 11:59 PM Barneys NYC is opening ......
and unveiling their Gaga Christmas windows!!!

The windows are going to over-the-top,
and the shop is going to be 'gaga-licious" .....
with divine & decadent Gaga goodies!!!

And remember ......
25% of all sales in the workshop are donated to Gaga's
dedicated to empowering youth & inspiring bravery.

I would suggest making an immediate beeline to Barney's ...
before everything is gone!!!!

I think it 2011 is definitely going to be a very Gaga Christmas!!!!

Luca & Nathalie Bomio have created an extremely well edited
selection of furniture, fashion, and design at
Shoreditch High Street, London.

The "accessorator" loves the extensive selection 
of Fornasetti products ..... including
ceramics, furniture, pillows and wall coverings!!!!

This fall the store launched a collection of limited edition vases 
curated by Barnaba Fornasetti (son of Piero) .....
combining the Fornasetti "look" with the 
workmanship of Bitossi Ceramiche!!!!

Selecting only pieces they love, 
the Bomio's have one of the chicest design stores in London ....
a "must" stop for all "accessorators"!!!!

I found the "ultimate hair accessoration"
Sunday morning on 10th Street!!!!

I rarely stop anyone ....... but,
She was soooo gorgeous I asked to take her picture ...
and then I asked lot'sa questions!!!

This multi-colored melange of "rasta" hair color,
is the creation of Harlem hair stylist to the stars .......

Dennis can be found at  .....
on 117 Street & Seventh Avenue.

I never got the name of the "divine diva" who's hair this is,
but I know she loves her hair ......
and I hope she is thrilled to be an "ultimate accessoration"!!!

This summer I keep seeing fabulous bicycles with charming 
"print accessorations"!!!!

Last week, I fell in love with this Lily Pulitzer 
paisley patterned bicycle 
with divine whip-stitched handles!!!

Sitting in a bike rack in East Hampton .....
she was calling my name!!!

The inaugural Urban Zen Collection created a great buzz at NYC's 
International Contemporary Furniture Fair!!!

Dominic Kozerski & Enrico Bonetti of Bonetti/Kozerski Studio are the design guru's behind Donna Karan's first Urban Zen furniture collection. Designing the handmade furniture from Bali, created from natural materials indigenous to the country, the duo have worked closely with Karan for a number of years and are apt at interpreting her thoughts, ideas, and concepts. Transitioning Karan's well known black and neutral palette, the designers have stained native Balinese teak almost jet black. And their collection of unique tables from gnarled tree trunks and roots is pure Karan!!!  Natural and black linen is the primary textile for upholstery, and woven stripes and tie-dye effects are used for creating patterns. 

The over-all effect of this stunning zen-like collection
is sophisticated and chic ........ 
creating a soothing life-style environment,
definitely infused with the spirit of the divine Donna Karan!!!
